Valve top PP woven bags
For high speed automatic filling through a valve. Cleaner filling and less dust.
View detailsWoven polypropylene bags manufactured in our own factory in Wenzhou, China. Laminated or unlaminated, with or without an inner liner, in every common closure type, printed in up to 8 colours and produced to hold anything from 5kg of rice to 50kg of fertiliser.
PP woven bags start as polypropylene granules, extruded into tapes, woven into fabric on circular looms and then converted into sacks. That structure is why they handle drop after drop in transit, why they breathe, and why they cost less per tonne carried than almost any other packaging format. UnisunPack has been weaving and converting them for over 20 years.
Because we control every stage — extrusion, weaving, lamination, printing, cutting, gusseting, liner insertion and sewing — the bag you approve at sample stage is the bag you receive in the container. Fabric weight is checked as it comes off the loom, print is checked at first off, and every bale is inspected against your specification before it is closed.
Whether you already have a proven bag design or need us to recommend the construction from scratch, send us your product, your bag weight and a photo of your filling line. We will tell you honestly which fabric weight, closure and liner will do the job.
The closure is usually the difference between a bag that runs on your line and one that jams it. We produce all of the common constructions:

Woven sacks are the default packaging for dry, granular and powdered goods that have to survive a long journey and repeated handling:
Not sure which material suits your product? Send us the details or compare with multi-layer kraft paper bags, which are often the better choice for very fine powders and for retailers who prefer paper.
Documented inspection at fabric, print, converting and final packing stages.
Approved production for standard food grade bags and UN certified dangerous goods bags.
Batch records kept against your order so a problem can be traced back to the loom and the shift.
SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team — we will schedule the visit and arrange a live video inspection if you prefer.
An unlaminated bag is plain woven fabric: strong, breathable and the cheapest option, best for grains, feed and products that must not trap moisture. Lamination adds a film layer — PP laminated or BOPP laminated — which closes the weave, stops fine powder escaping and gives a smooth surface for high quality printing. If your product is a fine powder or you sell from a retail shelf, laminate it. If it needs to breathe, do not.
Work backwards from the load and the stacking. A 25kg bag of grain usually runs comfortably at 70 to 80 gsm; a 50kg bag of dense fertiliser or a bag that will be stacked five high needs more, often 90 to 110 gsm, and may need anti-slip weave. Tell us the product, the bag weight and how high the pallets are stacked and we will specify the fabric weight, and explain the reason.
Yes. Our factory is approved to produce standard food grade bags, using virgin food grade resin and food contact compliant inks and liners, with the documentation to match. If your market requires FDA or EU food contact declarations, tell us at the quotation stage so the correct materials and paperwork are built into the order.
Yes, we are certified to produce UN bags. UN certified packaging has to be tested for the specific dangerous goods class and packing group, so send us the substance, the packing group and the bag weight and we will confirm what is achievable and what testing is required.
Up to 8 colours by flexo printing on standard woven fabric, and up to 8 colours by rotogravure on BOPP laminated bags, which gives noticeably sharper detail and photographs. Two sided printing is standard. We prepare a digital proof showing the bag layout, seam positions and the exact print area before any plate is made.
Photo quality full surface printing for retail and shelf impact.
