Food is the least forgiving category to pack. A bag that lets in moisture, lets out aroma or transfers print solvent will be rejected at your customer's incoming inspection, and the whole shipment goes with it. We produce food grade PP woven bags and multi-layer kraft paper bags with food contact compliant film, ink and liner, and with the declarations your market asks for.

How we approach food packaging bags
Typical applications are flour and bakery mixes, sugar and icing sugar, starch, milk powder and dairy ingredients, salt, pulses, nuts, dehydrated ingredients, cocoa, and dry blended seasoning. For each of these the deciding factors are moisture sensitivity, the fill weight, whether the bag goes to a factory or to a retail shelf, and how far and how long it has to travel.
What to consider before you order
- Is the product hygroscopic? Dairy powder and sugar need a real moisture barrier.
- Does the bag go to retail? Then BOPP lamination and block bottom will pay for themselves.
- Does your market require a specific food contact declaration? Tell us at quotation stage, not after production.
- Is the bag filled automatically? Valve closures need a matched liner and valve patch.
- Will the product be frozen, chilled or stored in humid conditions? This changes the liner choice.

Are your food grade bags certified for the EU and US markets?
We produce food grade bags with food grade resin, food contact compliant inks and food grade liners, and we can supply the material declarations your importer or notified body asks for. Tell us at the quotation stage which market the goods are going to and what documentation your customer requires, so it is built into the order rather than requested after loading.
Should I choose a paper bag or a woven bag for a food powder?
If the product is a fine powder sold at retail, paper or BOPP laminated woven bags both work well — paper gives better print detail and a natural look, woven gives greater tear resistance and a lower cost per tonne. For bulk industrial ingredients, a lined woven bag is usually the cheaper answer. Send us the product and destination and we will recommend one.
