Bulk bags built to the load you actually carry
An FIBC is a woven polypropylene bag with lift loops, made to carry roughly one tonne of dry product. The important decisions are the safe working load, the fabric weight and coating, the lifting configuration, and the type of top and discharge the bag needs for your filling and emptying equipment.
For food, pharmaceutical or fine chemical powders we build in a coated or laminated fabric with a PE liner, and for hazardous powders we produce Type C and Type D constructions with conductive or dissipative fabric. Tell us the product and the environment and we will specify the correct type rather than guess.

FIBC bulk bag FAQ
Do you supply both FIBC bulk bags and small PP woven bags?
Yes, and many customers buy both. Bulk bags for raw material intake and small printed bags for the finished product, from one factory, one shipment and one set of documents. It simplifies your supplier management and often reduces freight cost.
What is a baffled bulk bag for?
A baffle bag has internal panels that stop the filled bag bulging out at the sides, so it keeps a near-rectangular footprint. That means more bags per pallet and per container, and far more stable stacking. For high value powders it usually pays for itself in freight alone.
Can you supply UN certified bulk bags?
Yes, for dangerous goods. UN certification is substance and packing group specific, so tell us what you are packing and we will confirm which construction is certified and what documentation we can provide.
