Email is the best way to send a specification or artwork. WhatsApp is quickest for a question about an existing order, a photo of your current bag, or to arrange a video call. Either way you will be talking to the sales person who handles your production, not a general inbox.

Sending us a specification
To come back with an accurate price in one reply, include as much of the following as you have. If you only have a photo of your current bag, send that — it is usually enough to start.
- Bag type and size, or the product and fill weight
- Material: PP woven, BOPP laminated, kraft paper, or not sure
- Closure: valve, open mouth, block bottom, or a photo
- Liner requirement, if any
- Number of print colours and whether you have artwork ready
- Quantity for the trial order and for repeat orders
- Destination port or city
