From printing to finished bags , all manufacturing process are completed in our factory directly so we can control quality well.

Step 2: Packing and baled all products time

The staff packs the bags baled in bags or palletized. They take a short time because it is an easy task.

Step 3: Custom clearance and loading time

The staff load the products onto UnisunPack vans and once cleared, drivers then transport them to various dispatch points.

Step 4: Sea and land transportation time

Once the products arrive at their destination, you will receive an alert. You can plan how to collect your shipped goods.

The Whole Process of Wholesale PP Valve Bags

This is what we do when it comes to making wholesale pp valve bags:

1.Drawing – We purchase the Orginal PP material and covern them into thread.

2.Weaving – The thread will be weaved into different width  pp woven sheet rolls per customer order.

3.Printing – Printing the pp woven sheet per customer printing artwork designs.

5.Cutting –  Cutting the the sheet to different length per customer orders.
